LED light flashes only once

Hey everyone, just got my s7 today and noticed that when I get a text from someone on textra the led light flashes only once or twice, then never again. I don't see any options to keep the flashing going. Didn't have this problem with my s6 so wondering if anyone has experienced and solved this problem for s7?

I did try light manager and a couple others but ran into other problems with those, nothing has been consistent.

Would love any suggestions!

I use Lightflow, but never had that problem before even before installing it.

It's very odd. Sometimes it doesn't flash at all
