Hey everyone

Just ordered the Samsung LED View Case for my S20+ and wondered if anyone here had one and what they think of it?

Seems pretty neat but for me the novelty would ware off after a while. I like one handing my device especially when watching TV or using YouTube and I'm not too sure how it would be in my phone holder.

I didn't know anything about this so I looked it up on YouTube and there are a good number of reviews for it. I liked this one because it covered the features and wasn't too long...

Let us know what you think when you get it.

I had the HTC version of thisa few years ago a few years ago (maybe the original idea was theirs? I seem to recall loads of press releases and marketing for it at the time) and I LOVED it. I didn't notice Samsung had this for the FE, or I might have gotten it!

So far I love it!
Got it in the amazon sale for £16.00 which is a huge drop down from the normal £70!
It's quite a fun case and been able to make my own LED patterns has kept me rather amused

Not sure if they do one for the FE, mines the S20+ 5G

When I had HTC the thing I remember similar to this was a cover with holes in it and the phones screen itself made the patterns. Is that what this one is like? That would explain how it doesn't require a battery. The inside of the Samsung case looks a little better than the HTC case did.

In this video I found for it you can actually see the speakers and bezels through the case and at one point he whips the case open to show that it is the display providing the images. I also didn't remember it being interactive through the case but it was. The price is probably why I never tried or thought about trying it.

No the Samsung LED View cases don't use the screen, the case has LEDs built in and uses them to show info so when case it closed the screen remains off, the manual says it uses power from NFC
