htc evo new to the while cell phone world, amagin i just walked out of the woods , hick, 5th grade level edu, i am left haned when i use my phone everything is under my fingera and u can not see anyrhing till i move my hand, SO, is there a way i can morrow the screen so every thing looks back wards, but not the words i stillwand to read it.

No as i know, it would require some huge changes in UI APIs and app developers probably wont be interested in implementing inverted controls on app invidualy.... or else its some special app for left handed

You can use a launcher to rearrange the home screens. In app you're limited to whatever design the creator established.
