My device language is Hebrew. Since I've upgraded my device to lollipop, my Left-to-Right (LTR) changed to Right-to-Left (RTL). How can I change it back to LTR?

Just checking! Uncheck it again and try a cache partition wipe as per #1.3 of S5 Lollipop Update Problems - Dummies Guide to clear out any rubbish from your previous firmware. This does not affect your data and shuld always be done after an update.

I don't think it's has something to cache partition wipe. It's just changing RTL to LTR.

It will do no harm to wipe the partition in any case and it, "may", solve your problem. Other than that, it could be a problem with the new OC7 update for Israel.

I am afraid I do not know as I do not use or speak Hebrew. You could try Googling and see if any other Hebrew users on the same firmware are also having problems.
