Lenovo launcher has stopped, com.google.gapps has stopped ,everything has stopped??!!

I have a lenovo tab 2 a7, and i have had it for about 6 months.

it was working perfectly fine one day, and then the next all these messages came up whenever i go onto any app, or even just turn it on. For example, weather has stopped, calendar has stopped, google play services has stopped, google play has stopped, com.google.gapps has stopped, lenovo launcherHD has stopped.

I have tried to clear cache data from apps, but when i press that button nothing happens. I really dont want to fully reset it, but if thats the only way to fix it then i guess i will, but if there is a way to fix it, please tell me!!

Try first a Cache Partition wipe.

i was the one who asked the question.
I did the wipe cache partition, and it was fine for about 30 seconds after i rebooted the device, then messages were coming up still saying maps has stopped, google hangout has stopped, etc etc once i went onto an app.
