Less lag running apex launcher

Runs much higher better for those that don't root and ics lags alot install apex launcher and get rid of sense and that should improve the lag.

Thanks for this tip, its much better than Sense. My phone was DOG SLOW after the upgrade to Android 4 and Sense 3.6.
