Can i just uninstall it? or do i have to undo all the options i enabled before unisntalling.

What rom are you on and is it odex or deodexed? And you are running ART its ot compatible with everything right now

You should be able to uninstall it and be fine. Make sure you uninstall the necessary files, as often times Xposed modules may need certain clearing rather than just removing the module as a whole.

Take a look and see if there's anything in there that would explain an uninstall process different than just removing the module.
