My data plans only 1gb on 4g but almost everywhere I go I have wifi access so only use about 700mb of mobile data and most of that is bloody my magazine apps background data.

Fllipboard used 44.31kb on mine since the 1st.

You should be able to slow it.

I thought I had completely disabled it, like I did this month with Google Magazines, Books, Games, Chat On, S health, Google+! , S-Voice! and other default apps.

I see I only unticked notifications in Fllipboard and cleared cache. It may heve reverted to a previous version.

There was a long thread here on AC about Fllipboard about a month ago. Most I think had issues, it me be easier to disable now.


I have used 800mb this month, I pay for an extra bundle up to 1.5gb.

Holy crap. Good job. I usually use 7-8 gb a month on AT&T with unlimited data.

It is really sad how many people have this awesome phone that really shines when it consumes truck loads of data but are hobbled by draconian data plans. It is like driving a Ferrari on a golf course. It looks really cool but you will never be able to use it to its full potential.

I only use about four gigs of mobile data a month because I have great WIFI service in the areas that I really use the data. I would be depressed if I was stuck in such an oppressive contract.

In my case I used about 3 5 gb of wifi.

This is not a typical 2 months for me, not working.
I can buy out of the final 4 months of a cheap 500mb inclusive contract and get higher inclusive data, but right now I don't want to.
I cannot see myself ever downloading tons of movies and music on a phone.
I will not be linking to computers for work. I 'm not that in love with a phone that I spend 4-6 hours of screen time, though I'm not sure what that means.

I may use my Note 3 in more ways in the future. My 2nd month.

Below is my data usage so far.

I only have wifi at home.. And at home I don't use my phone much since I have my computers so I mainly use my wifi at home for calls and texts..

Below is the usage for this month so far and my wifi usage for this cycle (bills starts on the 7th each month).. I rely on my mobile data mainly since that's what I have to use at work.
