My main homescreen is simple. Nova Launcher, Beautiful Widgets, Black and Blue icons from Stealthychief. The other homescreens are set up with tools/system, media, calendar widget, news/banking widgets/apps each on separate screens.

The dock scrolls through 3 pages, I have the phone on every page and some of the docked icons have a swipe action, for example the camera swipe opens the gallery.

For those with the Google Experience Launcher (sideloaded) with Kit Kat: Did you experience any notable problems? I really like the GEL and am planning on putting it on my Moto X when I get it on Wednesday so I'm hoping everything will go off without any bumps.

What are you using to get the Motorola logo there? I'm assuming it's acting as the app tray button?

None here, either. It will be nice when there's developer support for different icons though. Really like the new phone app and the quick access to Google Now.
