I'm Asian so that means no rice either but my weakness is bread TBH. I'm now in better shape than when I was in college and that's all because I never had that " cheat " day which always turns into weeks or months haaaa!?!?
Haaaa ........ Rice is life as my relatives say. They have rice 3, maybe 4 times a day with all their meals. Funny thing is I e joy baking and have just started baking my own home made bread.
