So, mine says "Picking" now. It says at the bottom I was approved. Does that mean Im in the clear now? Unfortunately, delivery date is estimated for Monday
I ordered my at 930 (est), they charged my debit card, but it is still in carrier approval status.
I suggest we all just give it time. We don't know how many employees they have, nor how long it takes them to process one order.
For instance, let's say they have 4 employees processing orders, and it takes 20 minutes to process each order.... thats 4 orders processed every 20 minutes 12 an hour, Which would put it at 102 orders in the last 8 and a half hours.
Maybe it takes more time than that, maybe they have less employees... any combination of factors...

My card got charged immediately when I placed the order, however approval hasnt gone through yet.

I'm live chatting now, but it's broken i think. The rep just keeps asking the same question over and over. I don't think they can see my messages. This whole experience has been third-world terrible so far.
EDIT: And now they've just kicked me out of chat. I'm really close to sending an email canceling this order. What a farce. Their customer service number just hangs up on me - doesn't even go through. WTF?

Yes it does, my apartment manager refused to sign for my package and i had to chase down the UPS guy once to get a phone...

When did you place your order?...and new customer or upgrade?
I placed my order for a new contract right after it went live at 0315 EST. I'm still at the carrier approval stage. I would assume it requires a signature being such an expensive package.
My order receipt now says the phone is backordered-in stock on UNKNOWN... i think a lot of us, myself included or out of luck.

That's really bush league...
How hard is it to have a quantity, and have it roll in when order are being placed... if you order something and it is still reported as in stock AFTER you make your order, you should be good to go.
I'll just keep using my current phone til this one comes, but I AM disappointed

Yeah - this is worrying me. I'm thinking of cancelling the order, but that does not look like an easy thing to do. I tried calling them but the automated system told me the call center was not open.
I went ahead and bit on this great deal but now I'm wondering if it is going to be worth the hassle.
