I just got my LG4 and love the physical aspects of it. Based on some of the posts, I was concerned as to the portability from my HTC one M7 and the performance. The set up was as as easy as one could imagine. Once you log into google all of your data flows to the LG4 including all your photos. I used the NFC option, (with some trepidation) and it worked flawlessly transferring all my applications to the LG4 from HTC one. The only thing that i had to do manually was launch the programs that required passwords and load them in, otherwise the transfer and setup went perfect. I did store my music, wallpapers and ringtones on my pc and then just transferred them to the connected lg4.
I have been running with the LG4 for two days now. After 16 hours of moderate use, The battery still had 50% left. The performance of the phone is great, no lag , the camera is great, the sound is good(not as good as the Beats sound on the HTC but it's still ok. As of now I'm very impressed and happy that I upgraded to this phone. I would recommend it highly

Glad you are enjoying it. I enjoy mine as well..

Right, so I've been using this phone alot since about 7pm last night, and I'm struggling to find the wow factor? I would not say this is much better than my S5? Obviously I'm going to give it more time, but my initial thoughts are it's only a very slight upgrade in features. If you own one of last year's flagships, my thoughts are I wouldn't bother upgrading. I'll report back in a weeks time and hopefully I'm a bit more positive about it

I guess it is all a matter of perspective... I'm coming from the HTC m8 and am of the opinion that this phone is a worthy upgrade on all accounts over the m8. I much prefer the leather back, removable battery and SD card, better screen and the latest OS as compared to what my m8 had.

Glad you like it! 16 hours of moderate use and still being at 50% is really good. Did you turn off a lot of features?

I'm coming from the G3 and couldn't be happier. Better screen, better camera, better battery life and it kept the removable battery and sd card. Does it have its issues in its current state? Sure, but just about every phone does.

At this point, phones are incremental upgrades year to year. If you are expecting major wow over last year...then you will probably be disappointed.

Upgrades are so minimal nowadays I don't think a wow factor will be here anytime soon. Companies can't release 2 flagships per year if there were huge upgrades lol

I'm looking forward to the Tony stark hologram phone lol

It's "LG G4," by the way or "G4" for short. Not "LG4."

The "wow factor" for me is being able to do a battery pull when needed. Or insert my swag 128GB sd. Also the size of the display - 5.5" - just right.

Love my g4,in experiencing some touch issues, mostly manifesting itself in keyboard lag. If it persists,i will go swap out t att. Thinking they can replace my glass screen protector they charged me $32 for.
Any advice on ways to improve? Obviously the forced update didn't work for me
