Yeah me too, I think it is a nice alternative to the Motorola Droid. Most of the reviews didn't give this phone enough credit, I think the is just fine for moderate browsing.

Does the camera on the Ally have a setting to take multiple pictures with just one press of the button, similar to what some LG dumbphones, such as the dare, had?

I have two kids and I need a decent camera on my phone. The dare one was great for that, out of 9 pix you know you'd get one good one. This 2mp camera on the bb curve is KILLING me

I know, this phone isn't getting that much love from verizon. Not everybody wants the latest and greatest device.

I think this phone will surprise everyone....... its the Droid with a better keyboard.

Not quite... it's a nice upgrade for those with feature phones who want a messaging phone that also runs Android, but if you plan on installing a lot of apps it would be a joke... it works for me because I intend to use this thing as an everyday talking and texting phone (and will install only selected Apps) but I think a lot of others will be disappointed.
