LG G Stylo Marshmallow Update

I recently got the notification for the Marshmallow update on my LG G Stylo but I clicked the update later option because I was about to factory reset my phone. After the reset I didn't get a notification for the update. I manually checked to see if there was an update but it said my phone was up to date. Do I have to wait until it gives me the notification again or will I never get it?

The only thing i can think of is to flash the stock firmware

I just got the notification this morning and when it was in the middle of updating it stopped and said "Error!". This is the second time this has happened and I have no idea why.

You might have to uninstall a few apps. The update is 770 MB. I got mine a few days ago but haven't installed it yet as I want to back up a few items and data. Only thing that p^$*3d me off was that I got it while on cell phone data, and not WiFi! Had to buy a 2 GB data pack for $10, but that's cheaper than restarting the plan. I'm on Virgin Mobile. In the meantime, I'm back to using my rooted LG Tribute. It's like night and day, switching back for a bit LOL.
