LG G2 or LG G3

Hello! I need to buy a new phone. Should I get LG G2 32gb, LG G3 2gb/16gb or LG G3 3gb/32gb? The G2 is pretty cheap right now, but I like the G3 as well! But I have to pay way more than a G2 to get a G3 2/16 and soooo much more to get a G3 3/32. Is there much difference among these three phones?
I have an Optimus One, so everything is an upgrade x)
Your suggestion?

My honest recommendation would to be to either get the LG G3 or consider devices other than the G2 because LG doesn't have the best track record with updates and they don't seem to keen on improving it.

The G3 still has a lot of life left in it as far as updates go, G2 may not be as lucky.

I have had both and the G3 was very nice but it was a little too big and uncomfortable for my hands.

Enjoyed and LG G2 and LG G3, performance is the same. But LG G2 cheaper.
