LG G2 unexpectedly locks

So I just got the Verizon LG G2 today, and about 1/5 times that I unlock it, it waits about 5 seconds and locks again. This then repeats for about a minute of me struggling before it doesn't lock right after I turn it on. Help!

This has never happened to me, but I think I have read elsewhere that it could be something to do with the proximity switch. Make sure your screen protector and/or case is not even partially covering it.
Beyond that, I would take it in to a Verizon store and show them.

Happened to me almost every morning. Very annoying when trying to turn off alarm T_T

A restore fixed the issue no problem
