LG G3 basic functions are choppy and erratic

[AC Question]

Brand new LG G3. It died and i didnt charge it for a few days. Finally charge it and doing stuff like opening to see which apps are open and looking at my tabs in browser are erratic and not smooth like before. Checked settings nothing. Help please.
