LG G3 Camera issue

Hello all,
For some reason i can no long touch the screen and snap off pictures 'laser' fast... lol. It did it the day i got and when i went to use it again it has not worked. I cant seem to find any settings that changes this.
Does anyone know what is going on?

Hit the 3 dots in the upper right corner and hide all on screen buttons. Then tap the screen.
