Lg g3 -cannot type "p" in phone number

I cannot enter the letter "p" while creating new telephone number in the contact list. Also lg g3 is not listed as connected drive after connecting to the computer . Any driver is required to assess my mobile from the computer

I'm not sure why the letter p issue exists but the LG mobile universal driver is what you need i think. It's available at the LG official website.

Are you trying to create a delay/pause? If so you don't enter a P, you enter a comma.
