Lg g3 d850 not working 3g and 4g

I have lg g3 d850 and my device only receive 2g network. 3g or 4g is available in my area. I checked there is no option for changed proffered network mode Or type and also have no option of RAT SETTING. Plz anyone help me to solve this problem
