LG G3 D855 upgradable to Lolipop?

I bought a Europen version D855. It came pre-loaded with Kitkat 4.4.2. First of all,I dont see any option in settings where I can get OTA update. Do how do I update it.

I swtiched from iPhone to Android. So thus is my very first android phone.

1. It's upgradeable to Lollipop.

2. The carrier sends out the update.

3. Try Settings/General/About device/Software updates. If you're told that there is no update, that means that your carrier hasn't started sending out updates for the D855 yet. (If you bought the European model and aren't using it with the European carrier you bought it from, or it's unbranded, you'll have to update it yourself - carriers only upgrade their own phones.) It's been available as an OTA update for months. In fact, when I bought my G3 about 6 months ago it auto updated itself a number of times, the final update was 5.0. The G3 is supposedly skipping 5.1 in favour of 6.0 at some point in the near future.
