Is there no Disable option in Settings>Apps>All when selecting Lookout? If it's been updated at all, you'd need to Uninstall All Updates first.

At least on the t-mobile version, it can't even be disabled.

You can disable it. Go to Settings > General > Security > Phone Administrators. Uncheck Lookout. Now you can go into your apps and disable it.
