LG G3 Front Camera NOT Working please help ("Unfortunately, Camera has stopped")

hi, i'm from indonesia

just bought lg g3 a month ago, suddenly front facing camera not working, try to clear the cache and still hangs "Unfortunately, Camera has stopped"

no problem with the rear camera, only happens when i turn to front camera, and it hangs

software version: v10g-ESA-XX

Welcome to Android Central! You tried to clear the app cache of the Camera app? Or tried to clear the system cache partition? From what I can tell on the web, the latter isn't possible on an unrooted G3.

Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. If the problem resolves, then something you installed is interfering with the front camera. If the problem continues, then there is probably a hardware or firmware problem, and you should contact the store you got the phone from or LG for warranty replacement or repair. yes i've tried safe mode still front facing not working, but rear camera works, before just fine, suddenly goes wrong, i didn't install new apps

If it's not working in Safe Mode, there's a fundamental problem with the hardware or firmware. Bring it back to the store where you bought it, or contact LG for repair or replacement.
