LG G3 - How can screen timeout be disabled with Tasker

Just moved to LG G3. Previously I could set Tasker so that screen timeout was disabled. Sane setting now in Tasker, extending the timeout time does not work with G3. Extending time out in Tasker beyond 15 minutes sets timeout on device to 30 seconds. I've manually set the device to not turn off the screen in the device settings and the use the %DTOUT variable to display the setting, this was 2 million plus seconds. I tried using that value and still no go, ends up with 30 second timeout once again. I'm not rooted. Anyone have suggestions on how to disable the screen timeout on LG G3 using Tasker?

I use Llama - Location Profiles app to do this and other setting changes (WiFi, Mobile, Bluetooth, etc). It's similar to Tasker but less complicated. :)

I'm having the same issue with Llama on my new G3. Set mine exactly the same way my S3 was while side-by-side, which worked on the S3, but it won't change the Screen timeout on the G3. Any luck with a solution for this? It works for turning the media player on when Bluetooth is detected (car) but not the screen timeout. I want it to stay on while in the car as long as it's connected to Bluetooth.

I ended up using an app called Stay Alive to keep screen on.

Why not use Settings, Display, Smart Screen. Keeps it alive as long as you're looking at the screen. Works a treat for me.

I don't think this works very well if at all while in the car since it's sitting on a window mount in the center of the dashboard.
