LG G3 is Too big for my pocket

I wouldn't worry too much about the comments of complete strangers on a public forum.
The OP's post was unfortunately hijacked; it was a good post, he had issues with the phone size and it fitting in his pocket and asked opinions about holsters.
For whatever reason some get their kicks trying to embarrass or humiliate others.

Back to the program.....I have never used anything other than Seidio and the Best Buy Version, they are well built and very functional.
The Surface combo is a nice set up (not loving the added kick stand though). I think we will see more options in the near future.

Again. No holster allowed (if you read my post) and I'll get right on having corporate redesign our uniform to add pockets to the shirt. Plus that will look GREAT, having a brick of a phone hanging from the front of a shirt.

You know, all I did was chime in because the Op was being jumped all over and I felt badly for them that people were being rude. Clearly that was a mistake because people should just redo their entire wardrobe to accommodate a phone.

I get liking your phone but a person shouldn't be expected to redesign their wardrobe because phone manufacturers are getting ridiculous with their sizing.

Look, I'm a female who has to wear loose fitting dress pants and don't own a single pair of skinny jeans. I just sold my one plus one because IT WONT FIT IN MY POCKETS and I can't use a holster at work.

Why must people rudely assume that someone must be a loser wearing skinny jeans and just get different pants? Do you realize most women's dress pants don't have pockets, let alone deep ones?

It's a legitimate problem.
Jeans at Forever21 with fake front pockets. So crazy!

To set the record straight, skinny jeans pockets aren't too small or tight to house most things you'd place in your pocket unless a particular pair of jeans has unusually shallow pockets.

Still, though, a fannypack is just as, if not more, fashionable than a holster so why not rock that? It's far more useful, too. There are different kinds of more fashionable fannypacks designed for athletic use as well.

You know what? Then follow your work policy and leave your phone locked up with your purse while you're working. I certainly hope your attitude at work is better than the one you have here.

I don't understand the need to be rude either but in all fairness it really comes down to using common sense when buying a product (phone) that suits your needs. I would love to have a Toyota Tundra doublecab pickup truck.. but it won't fit in my garage and I refuse to park my vehicle in the driveway. Also, trying to drive it into the parking garage at work would be a daily chore due to smaller door openings and hard corners that don't allow me to swing wide and are begging for a bent fender.

So I purchased a sports coupe that I liked instead.

Does it allow me to haul things? No..but it is fun to drive and gets great gas mileage compared to a Tundra. It also fits in my garage at home and the parking garage at work.

I guess my point is that I don't blame Toyota for not making a Tundra that fits in my garage. I accepted that the product didn't work for me and found another product that does. Phones are no different... pick the one that fits your needs or learn to live with the concessions you'll have to make otherwise. :)

I wasn't aware I HAD an attitude, especially compared to some of the responses in this thread.

If you carry it in a holster every Tom, Dlck, and Harry can see your pretty new flagship phone, and follow you to a quiet spot to relieve you of it. Carrying a first class phone in a holster is an open invitation to robbers.
Keep it out of public sight if you're not using it.
Phone holster on one side.... Glock holster on the other side....

Wait.....when did I call anyone a "loser" for wearing skinny jeans? All I was doing was co signing what someone else was saying.......Now I would never wear them......but if skinny jeans is their choice of attire then hey that's on them......I think we were just giving them some suggestions.......that's all......

I usually keep mine in my back pocket when I'm not at work, or in my chest pocket of my coveralls when I'm at work. Works for me.

Sorry that everyone is legislating your question.

I recommend a camera case that fits your smartphone and tastes. They come in belt loop, clip and assorted mounts, and have zipper, clip or Velcro entry.

As camera's of a size to fit a small pouch like this are not nearly as desirable as a smartphone, you'll be less likely to be victimized.

Verizon actually sells a really nice case/holster combo. Very slim/minimal and utalitarian

I carried a Note2 for 2 years in my pocket and never thought it was too big. Maybe too heavy but not too big. Now that I have a G3, I really don't see why people say a 5.5'' screen is too big!

I do suggest, if you put it in your pocket.........

When removing it you do it slowly and deliberately.

IF not.....The result is a 2 week old phone with a shattered screen :( Plus another 150.00 on the CC to cover the replacement screen
