LG G3 missing features

I found out that if you root your phone and add xposed and g3 tweaksbox you can enable hidden settings in the home settings section where you can turn features back on that the carriers have disabled. Here is a link

My Tmobile phone had Themes however I just got a replacement of the same phone and it does not have Themes. Wonder Why, It's annoying to take features away
