LG G3 Mobile Data = No Push Notifications

hi i m unable to turn off my mobile data on lg g3 f400l the data is continuously on and in the setting i m unable to toggle it to off state can you please help .

My issue is similar but what I found is its not handing off from wifi to data and data back to wifi. Hard reset, still nothing. Driving me insane when I go to take Snapchat or something fast and it won't let me until I toggle the data!

Hi Everyone!
I found a fix to email notification will not update unless you do it manually.
Go to the following on your phone:
- Settings
-Backup & Reset
Then under PERSONAL DATA
- Select "Reset Settings"
This change will not t downloaded apps, personal data or security, language and account settings.
This will ONLY if any system settings were changed, reset settings can return the phone to tis original behavior.

Have you enabled the "Notify me about every new message" option in Gmail? It's disabled by default.

After months of suffering, I found the solution:

Simply, uncheck "restrict background data" for "Google play services", because basically, most (if not all) push notifications on Android an some other platforms are delivered through Google's network and services!
