LG G3 Naked or Case?

Naked or Case?

I'm on AT&T, but I still use the Verizon exclusive two piece hard case. I think it's less bulky than the Otterbox and has a belt clip and a kickstand on the phone half. I've kept all my phones in these cases and never had a scratch. Easy to pop the phone out when I feel like going naked.

Question: are you over 40?

case- it doesn't feel as sturdy as my droid razr nor my droid x.
those were both naked- nary a screen protector

Naked is for exhibitionist show-offs who consider their 'image' to bystanders more important than the protection of their sensitive high-tech gadget. It's a choice.

I'm using a Spigen Ultra Fit (fantastic case)

was originally using Slim Armor but felt it added too much bulk to phone

Ultra Fit is perfect - pretty much little to know bulk yet fully protected

I hate cases. Really I do, but why would I want to go and spend $600 on a replacement phone when I can protect it for $10? Right now I do not have a case on it, but I will soon. I ordered the Tech21 case for it. In the past I've always used the Incipio Feather case, but that won't be out for a month or so.

Protected from scuffs/scratches is more like it. Protected from hard impacts....highly unlikely!

I don't have a G3 but i'm a case person. Using a Spigen Neo Hybrid on my S4. I don't mind the bulkiness because of the added protection. Some people might think it doesn't help but for us it makes me feel more at ease using a case. :))

I bought a Spigen Slim Armor case and tempered glass screen protector before I even got the phone. Very happy with both. Most people that have looked at my phone are surprised that it even has a case on it. Love to take the phone out from time to time and see that it is absolutely pristine.

We need to ammend the infamous "nothing is certain but death and taxes" quote to include these cases from Verizon.

I totally agree. But there are what I consider good looking cases out there. You don't have to totally give up "style" just because you have a case. But yeah, I'm not going to chance breaking my phone just to show off.

I got an employee discount through my job - 35% off an Otterbox Defender case, plus a free dry box (whatever that is - it looks like a storage box for phone, wallet & other stuff), and I opted for $5 2-day shipping. I went with the blue one, at least it looks a little bit more stylish than black.

What I am is someone who bikes, runs, climbs rocks and lifts every day. Are you one of those twenty something hipsters I see sporting a shattered smartphone?

I am in my 30's but I find that belt clips for phones is a generational thing. Interesting, but perhaps you don't fall in that category?

I still like belt clips, but the otterbox is too huge and I feel the verizon isn't enough protection since the top and bottom are open.

I just bought the Platinum case with belt holster from Best Buy. They are about identical to the Seidio cases which I like.

I'm using the Spigen Slim Armor in champagne gold for my gold Sprint G3. I agree with the comments on the added bulk, but I can live with the bulk very easily.

I bought a clear Ringke case, but I don't really like it. So I just ordered a clear/black Supcase. If I hate that one too, I'm just gonna take my chances naked. Cases suck anyway.
