LG G3 no service

Hi i recently rebooted my phone and instead of asking me to put the sim password it directed me to lock screen directly. As a result i dont have signal. when i try to make a call it says "exit flight mode first " which clearly i am not using . I tryed several solutions i found in youtube/internet but non of it seemed to work. Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Just to clarify, are you talking about the password for your usual lockscreen, or did you actually password-protect your SIM card?

Are you able to unlock your lockscreen? If so, what happens if you turn off the SIM password option?

My sim is password protected and yes i am able to unlock my lockscreen the only problem is that i cant access my sim card its like it doesnt recognize it and up in the signal bar it has an X

it doesn't let me change the sim options . its like it aint there... anyway i gave it for service since its still on warranty so i hope they will fix it
