LG G3 Not ringing when connected to bluetooth

[AC Question]

The phone will ring aloud when Bluetooth is turned off but when Bluetooth is turned back on the phone does not ring when receiving an incoming call, this has happened ever since the latest update to my phone. If anyone could help that would be great. Thanks

do you here the ring in the bluetooth device? in most cases, the phone shouldn't ring if bluetooth is on, hence the term "hands free". if not, then there might be an issue.
