Lg g3 restore back up

Hi everybody i have a issue, i have a backup of a lg g3 on my pc and i want to recover it but my lg g3 is broken due to water damage. So my question is is it possible to recover the encrypted back up to another device e.g. Samsung s 4

You want to restore your LG G3 backup on a Galaxy S4. I don't think that's possible. If you had a Google account your apps and data should've been saved.

yeah i have a google account but i dont think i have my stuff on it, unless its hidden in some folder or something,
i tried to restore it on a lg g4 but the files werent compatible with it, so the only possibility left is to find another lg g3 to put it back on?

You need to connect your G3 to the computer and turn on USB debugging

Yeah but the problem is that i cant turn on my phone because of the water damage, or is there a way to do it on the computer?
