LG G3 stuck on initial loading logo page

Hi guys today when i rebooted my lg it never came back on.

It now gets stuck on the initial logo page where the lg logo shows.

What i want to do now is get a backup of my files but when i connect the usb cable it only recognizes it as a recharging thing.

i have all the drivers and lg suite installed but i just cant get it to be recognized like lg g3 device and get a backup.

please help me

Until the device gets booted (until you see the lockscreen), your PC/Mac may not detect your android phone as a USB device.

Try refreshing the device by entering into 'Recovery mode'. Search on web about how to enter into Recovery mode for LG G3.
Then 'Reset the phone'. It deletes all the APK files and settings. But not the documents and pictures.
