Now that the LG G3 is getting into more hands in the US market its time we give this one a go...

G3, S5 or M8? Tell us your take and keep it civil folks!

I think the S5 is the best of the 3 for the mass consumer. But if you value better design the M8 is better, but if you value screens and having the best of specs, the G3 is the best. Though the honorable mention goes to the Moto X for the best Jack of all trades master of none and being available practically anywhere.

M8>G3>S5

The m8 destroys both of them performance wise. The s5 is laggy and I wasn't impressed by the G3 performance either. The M8 also has the best build of the 3 and looks the most premium. The screen on the G3 is very good though. They are all great phones but I think the M8 is clearly the best and the G3 barely nudges out the S5 for second. Depends what you use your phone for though. If you're watching tons of youtube videos and netflix I would probably go with the G3.

I work for Best Buy Mobile and I say pretty much this to all of my customers that are on the fence.

I don't even know how people find the M8 to be comparable. I hate Samsung as a company but the camera on the M8 belongs on a phone from 2006 and while the screen takes a beating quite nicely, the entire body gets scraped up if you happen to put it in the same pocket as a coin. It does have a lot less lag than the other two but it's not some end-all by any means. I'd pick the Moto X before any of them though out of the 3, I'd say the G3.

M8 for me.. great sound, great performance and great battery life!

G3, M8, S5

I may have chose the M8 if they could utilize the screen space better and do something about the terrible speakers.

No I don't mean the M8 sounds bad, I mean before long they crack... Every HTC I've owned

G3 is proving to be a great phone so far
