Alright so I've tried just about everything I can think of, and if anyone else has any ideas before I do a factory reset it would be greatly appreciated! About 2 months ago my LG G3 decided it no longer likes to be on vibrate or silent, and will automatically turn on the ringer. I can set it to vibrate or silent and within 5 minutes it will turn off of vibrate or silent, and switch to a sound profile. I have tried toggling every setting, taking the battery out, turning it off...I even downloaded a silent ringtone, but no matter what I set it as whenever anyone calls it will start to ring. I'm desperate to be able to not have to turn my phone off wherever I go!
P.S. It has no sort of damage to is and has always been in a case with a screen protector.
