Lg g3 wont update

I recently bought a LG g3 and it won't update its stuck on kit Kat and says it's up to date which I know it can upgrade more does anyone have any suggestions

If you wish to upgrade to Lollipop or Marshmallow, you may be able to do it using LG's software tool via a PC. I've used it myself with no problems. Check LG's website for instructions how to proceed.
