LG G4 3 battery and in boot loop, how can I fix this?

LG G4 3% battery and in boot loop

Please help if you can, My LG G4 is in boot loop, it either has 3% or 0% battery so i can't seem to fully charge to do the freezer trick, it also doesn't work if i hold power and down button. None of the cases i have read about G4 boot loops mention anything about the battery being very low or dead. I am an ***** who didn't back up n i just want my photos back before i send it away to get replacement. Does anybody have a solution please????
p.s i have tried a new battery and that made no difference.

I was able to charge the battery while the phone was stuck on boot screen - take the battery out, connect to charger, then put the battery back in, goes to boot screen but is also charging. I hope the freezer trick will work for you - I used an SD card from the start and placed all my audio files and pictures there, so I didn't lose any personal data. I also made regular backups of both internal storage and the SD card and I use cloud services to as back-up. I find the most useful thing to back up besides your personal data are settings files for apps - that way you can restore them much more quickly later. Good luck!
