I just bought this G4: New LG G4 H815 HEXA Core 16MP 5 5'' 13MP 4G LTE Factory Unlocked 32GB Phone | eBay

It should be the international version, all features, unlocked boot loader, 1 year LG warranty, etc.

I want to set up Wireless Charging and I think I need this paper thing for the back of the phone and then the Qi Charger? What's the best Charger out there?

I guess this will work?

It seems you connect the Qi Charger through USB? Is there a Qi Charger that's outlet based? Wouldn't that be better / faster?

It's nice but so slick, with this case and no case the G4 seems to slip out of my hand a lot. I found this and I love how it looks but it has many many bad reviews. Maybe there is something I can buy that looks good that gives me grip?

I guess this is good enough.

So my main focus is the Qi Charger + Pad and Case. I bought Bluetooth headphones and they rock. Anyone have any good recommendations?

Real simple. All i did was buy a quick circle case that already has wireless charging built in. Done!

Those are great but they change the form factor of the phone as you now have a door on the front of the phone. A qi charger that works great for me is this one:
