LG G4 automatic switch to mobile data option is greyed out.. How do i disable it?

My phone came from korea and i cant disable this option and it keeps charging me for mobile data.. Please help!

Welcome to Android Central! Can you just toggle off mobile data when you're not using it? The toggle is usually in the Settings>Data Usage​ menu
