Who knows, no downside to signing, high enough numbers may result in a new phone for a "new phone". Who knows but it's 60 seconds of effort.

You never know... T-Mobile, replace my phone.....however, I don't think it was new...because it didnt come with a back and a battery....I also needed to aend them ny defected LG G4 phone that was frozen on the LG Logo screen....
