LG G4 camera make foggy pictures

I have LG G4 phone and was happy about the quality of pictures for about a year. Now the camera makes pictures in very bad quality - fog, blur, unfocused. Front camera works fine. Anybody knows what has happened and if there any chance to fix it by cleaning lens or whatever else?

I have had that issue since i first got the phone. It looks like my camera has film underneath glass. It does make for hazy photos especially lighter shots.

My G4 H811 camera stopped focusing.
Fixed focus at about 6".

I tried reflashing the rom.
Replaced the camera module, lens and volume button assembly, and then the flash/laser focus/power button flex board.
None of this worked.

Fast forward a few months and my G4 is dead (at 13 months.... one month out of warranty)

My phone has the same issue. When I take a picture of the computer, it is very vague. feeling lots of ripples on my screen.

Replace the lens cover/protector I had the same issue, the camera quality is back to being as it was when i bought the phone. Attached are photos before and after i replaced the lens protector.
