LG G4 H815 black screen

Dear all,

Please note that , am having an issue with my lg g4.

The screen is completely black. Haven't faced any problem until now nor the mobile fell down.

One morning when i woke up, i found the mobile on but the screen was black.

Tried soft and even hard reset, was in vain.

When i double tap, the led blinks, means its reacting upon touching and also while swiping down, the clock on the screen is not showing but led blinks.

I can't figure out where the problem is.

I dont have tempered glass on the screen.

i took great care with my mobile but don't know how come i faced such issue.

I bought it on ebay, and its still on warranty, if i could have a solution, wouldnt need to ship and wait.

Since i dont have a phone to use meanwhile.

Please help

Neither local lg store nor the seller is helping me.

The seller asked me to ship back the phone, but she hasn't provided me with shipping address nor a return label.

How should i proceed?

Do not go to the local LG store. Contact LG corporate directly. Good luck!
