Sorry, I can't seem to "reply" to my previous post/question re LG G4 "frozen screen" issue. Thank you to everyone who shared their advices/tips...very much appreciated! This is also to let you know that TMobile did acknowledge that there are problems with LG. So they are going to do a swap...I get another phone (most likely refurbished since I'm giving them my not-brand-new-anymore phone). But I have to pay $20 since I did not get the warranty in the first place. (I didn't think this would happen...I've never had to buy warranties with my iPhones before...and I've been an iPhone user since 2007 when it first came out until last year/July when I decided to switch to Android/LG.)

If you had the phone less than a year contact LG online and they will give you an RMA number to send the phone to them for repair or replacement under warranty at no cost to you. I then got a loaner phone free from Sprint while waiting for mine to come back. In fact had to send both mine and my husbands to LG at the same time.
