LG G4 - Marshmallow Messed Up Live Streaming and Camera

My phone recently update with the new marshmallow. Everything is fine, but when I try to do live streaming, it's now sluggish and freezes. I'm using mostly periscope. I wouldn't be so concerned, but I use the live streaming a lot for by business so this issue is causing big problems. I'm cleared the cache partition and even did a factory reset twice. Nothing works. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
