My laptop OS is windows. I've followed LG G4 manual (online instructions) to load music from my laptop, but it won't. The driver install seemed to work until the last item...and now I can't retrieve it to tell you exactly what that item was that "failed." Anyone have ideas to get iTunes library (at least pieces of it) to the G4?

Drag and drop to the SD Card but make a desktop short cut and make sure that they are not purchased from the istore because you don't own those songs or you can download the whole itunes library to Google music (20,000 songs for free). Download Google music in Chrome browser and there is a download itunes library option, it may take a while. Hope this helps.

I use the "filedrop" app from the AppStore as it works over wifi. Really easy to use, just install to laptop and phone and then just drag and drop without having to move !!

iSyncR is the app I use. It can do wireless as well as direct connection via USB.

This is an Apple/iTunes issue. I don't use Apple but as some have mentioned you have to go through a few hoops to transfer music to you phone.
Did you have success? What ended up working for you?

I haven't put music back onto my phone since I received a new G4, but I just dragged and dropped from my iTunes folder, since previously I had an iPhone - no issues and everything played - Just Android didn't group songs/artists/albums properly and I wasn't about to go through thousands of songs individually to edit.

Drop box works wonders as well.

The amount of free space Dropbox gives you is very small (3/3.5GB?). I got in on the free 50GB from Box, but I don't think they offer that anymore.

There's no way I could fit all of my music on Dropbox. Besides it's all used up w/vacation photos and such.

Oh, and the same amount of songs used up exponentially more space on my Android phone than the iPhone - must be the way they're compressed or whatever on the iPhone.

my husband worked for me! I was mistaken in thinking the info would display on the laptop while the drivers installed...they appeared on the phone itself which I wasn't looking at. newbie error.
