ISO 50 2 second exposure time. Any longer or higher ISO or shutter speed time it comes out too bright

Does anyone have any indoor party/club type shots? or pictures of moving subjects like people or children running around. Thats my biggest concern when trying to decide on this phone. Without a xenon flash to freeze these type of situations, do all the G4 pics come out blurry?
