We were at a hotel having a buffet dinner. There were several photo opportunities so I had to take them.

Most of them are taken in manual mode aside from the fruits, which were taken in Auto.

View from my building's parking garage yesterday evening about an hour before sunset. My first real attempt at editing a DNG file in Lightroom so it looks a bit rough, though far better than the JPEG generated by the camera which was pretty much useless. Amazing how much the sensor actually captures in this thing!

Full Auto, HDR auto, most shot with the camera doing the focus point. Some of these I had sunglasses on and couldn't see the screen so just trusted the camera.

Edit: zoom in on the middle of the last pic for 2 big horn sheep.

Overall, I'd say that I'm more than impressed with the G4's camera. It's certainly very, VERY capable of taking fantastic quality shots, and the manual mode is really pure icing on the cake.

It obviously won't match a quality DSLR, but it can hold its own.

I'm going on a trip to Thailand soon, though. That'll be the time when lots of photos are taken. Expect to see some from me.

These are some shots I've taken the past few days/weeks out and about........:D

Beautiful. Any special modes or settings?
Thank you! I didn't use any special settings.
First one was in auto mode. The second was manual and third was auto panorama.
I've edited them using snapseed (One of the best editing tools)
