Lg G4 pro

The problem is that when LG introduces these larger phones, they lower the overall specs. I would like a LG Note equivalent, but I want it to be a flagship like the Note is for Samsung. They hobbled the LG Stylo. Bigger screen and stylus but everything is is sub par. I'm hoping the Pro would be different and that they'll release it in the US, but there wasn't a G3 Pro that I'm aware of. The last time they came out with a Pro version was for the LG G2. Correct me if I'm wrong. :)

Earlier rumor is that they plan to release a larger, "more premium" model.

I wonder if this is true, back then I read they will release a larger Note? version.

If they release a G4 with the same size but made of metal, will its back cover fit the regular G4 ? :p

I'll be keeping my eye on this one for sure - hopefully it won't be restricted to Korea.

LG G4 Pro Speculation?

Is it too early to wonder about this? I am so happy with my G4 right now, I hate to say it, I would be tempted to pull the trigger (maybe) if the specs are upgraded. Could they possibly have a better camera/battery in store for this, or will it be only size and metal upgrades? So curious.

Re: LG G4 Pro Speculation?

I would be very surprised if the camera were upgraded already.

But if they are changing to a metal back, it could provide an opportunity to change the battery capacity, for instance, if they wanted to.

As normal cameras have already taught us, megapixels don't really indicate a camera's image quality.

Lots of MP, with a small image sensor, will typically result in a lot of noise in the images, especially in low-light.

I'm in no rush for 20+ MP, for no good reason (marketing specs don't count).

Moto's Droid Turbo taught me a good lesson...def learned MP mean nothing if the camera software/hardware is garbage. Now if they continue to improve on this amazing camera's capabilities and quality, and go with a higher battery, I have to say id be very interested.

Those specs are unreal. 4gb RAM would be pretty cool. Qualcomm is saying the 820 is not going to be production ready until early 2016, so... Not sure how much faith I have in these articles.

Hmm i think i recall Lg claiming to have some device that was going to be BIG and it was pointing what we believed towards the G4....

Maybe it was always the G4 but with the Pro at the end.

Food for thought 😜
