So far I'd say 99% of my experience with this phone has been extremely positive, but there is a small thing that has been bugging me.

It has been driving me crazy that you can't interact and expand notifications in the notification shade. You can do this on the lock screen, so I don't know why LG doesn't let you do it in the notification shade as well. A small problem, but something that I think should be addressed in a software update.

With that being said, if this is the only problem I can find, I think I'll be very satisfied with this device in the long run.

Well if that is your only complaint then the G4 has done alot right 😜

Absolutely! The only other thing I can say, and this is really more of a comparison than a complaint, is that the screen is not as bright when compared to my S6. This doesn't bother me, but it is something worth noting

Yes i have compared also to my S6E and not as bright.

If you want to chalk this down as my negative then there it is.

Another is headphone stock output is not that of the S6 nor M9.

Finally no front facing speakers (i think should be standard on all phones).

So there you have it, but i will clarify on all the above points as with a negative there is a positive (life's lessons lol ).

Speaker placement on back is not ideal but sound quality is very decent.

Stock Audio heaphone output ( well there will be root eventually & boosts will be available I'm sure, Viper4android).

Screen brightness not that of the S6E but improved over the G3.

So i do try to balance things out 😜😜😜

For sure the positives greatly outweigh any negatives.

I don't have the G4 yet, but if it's anything like the G3, you can only expand notifications when the quick settings are hidden. One finger expand doesn't always work, but two finger expand does.

That worked! Thanks so much! Cross one complaint off my list haha.

Also, if you did do a one finger pull down, you can make the toggles disappear by sliding your finger up about 1/2 an inch. Can't think of a better way to describe it, but if the pull down is all the way down, toggles are shown, slide your finger up about a half an inch, the toggles will disappear, then notifications are interactive again. Discovered this on accident b/c this issue was driving me insane also.
