LG G4 stuck in boot loop on LTE Plus screen

Okay, so I remember back when the new LG G4 phones had that issue with the boot loops and what not. I had to get my phone replaced. Since then, I haven't had any other issues until yesterday. Last night, My phone would start restarting itself and now it's stuck on the screen where it says LTE Plus, Better Spectrum, Better Network. I tried changing the battery but that didn't work. Are there any solutions I can use without losing all of my data and other files? I really don't want to send it back a second time.

Try clearing the cache in recovery if you can access it. That may be able to resolve the issue and get you booted; however, a factory reset and/or returning it may be the ultimate fix if clearing cache doesn't work.

So wiping the cache didn't work, so I had to suck it up and do a factory reset. That worked and my phone is up and running. I forgot that I had backed up my device too so everything was saved. Thanks for the advice!

What are the first 3 numbers of your serial # -it should be 50x x=5,6,7 etc.
Do you recall the first 3 of your first phone? Likely this one is going bad. Good you had everything backed up! Save that last back up. You may need it again soon
