I attempted to purchase the LG4 on the Tmob site today, but as an existing customer, it wouldn't let me. So, I called the ever so friendly Lisa at 611 and talked to her. She didn't know, but put me on hold for a bit and came back and said that the web gurus said that you could only get the LG4 as an existing customer if you were adding a line to your service. You could not just get the phone outright (I'm currently on a T-mobile LG G3 off contract). They told me to go to the local store in the next couple of weeks and see if they could help me. How are you all getting these phones?

That's total nonsense. I hit upgrade line then at checkout I clicked the one payment option. No new line for me.

Just ordered one tonight, and yes the price was the same for either the leather or plastic back, so I took the leather even though I intend to get the Qi case. They also said I could go to the LG website after receiving the phone and redeem the extra battery, charger and SD card. A very sweet deal indeed.

Same with me, I just hit upgrade phone and selected the line (on a family plan), but I didn't have to add a line to order the phone.

Ordered mine yesterday morning and got shipment notification with tracking number later in the day. It's coming via UPS ground.

Ordered the leather version last night and didn't realize it would ship right away. I chose standard shipping so I'll have it by June 4, bummer!

I just got mine in. Leather back feels different than what I thought it would, but not in a bad way.

Placed my order and they gave me free overnight shipping through 611, should be here tomorrow
The guy on 611 said that there was a rebate being shipped as well, any info on that?
Also any truth to the rumor that Tmobile is shipping the plastic backing as a bonus when you order the leather version?
